This evening, as Belfast and the rest of N. Ireland enter into local Government imposed Covid-19 restrictions, the people hold their breath for the second time this year – in the collective population’s attempts to manage the risk posed by Coronavirus in 2020.

In this the second cycle of restrictions, many many businesses needed to close their doors to the public at six o’ clock this evening. But, in the interim, some of the population were able to go about their business in a restrained manner – with face masks on – throughout the country, over a short and at times harsh summer period.

On the 19th of September, this film was recorded during a photoshoot in Belfast’s Botanic Gardens, of the Ferris Wheel installed there for a time before the summer ended for us all.
