On exhibit is work from the Photographic Project: ‘The Peace-Time Work’

.

.

#Belief: Images 13 + 14

.

Image 13: Troubles survivor, West Belfast scene (Inside Clonard Church).

Image 14: Metamorphoses (Butterfly sculpture, Armagh).

.

“On exhibit for seven days will be a body of work curated from (https://beyond-dialogue-and-silence.format.com/)*, responding to some of the places associated with the Northern Ireland ‘Troubles’, which officially began 50 years ago last year.

.

Composed of fourteen ‘scenes’ and divided into a series of seven; they derive from a wider body of image-making activity into key events in our collective History (www.kevindohertyart.com)*, within-which the Artist is essentially empathetic.

.

Exhibited in pairs, these images should help inform a wider narrative about Peace, not only expressing the individual Artists’ viewpoint, but by helping create a dialogue between the images and the viewer’s themselves.”
